Feeling Lin Yue unleash her domain at full force, Chen Xi's pupils contracted.
Though she did not want to become enemies with Lin Yue, seeing her go all out left Chen Xi with no reason to hold back. She immediately released Rain Lord's domain as well.
A torrential downpour followed, and Lin Yue formed an umbrella from shadows, holding it over her head.
"What's wrong with you? If there's something going on, we can talk it out properly." Chen Xi was utterly bewildered.
Things had been fine. She simply could not understand why Lin Yue had suddenly attacked her.
Yet Lin Yue had deliberately isolated all ordinary people when releasing her domain.
"There's nothing to talk about. We've already talked."
The blonde girl answered coldly, her head lowered so that her expression could not be seen.
As she spoke, she suddenly raised her head. Her ink-black eyes stared directly at Chen Xi without reservation, as though every emotion she possessed had gathered within them.
"As long as I'm stronger than you, you won't be able to go back, right?"
Shadow armor molded itself over Lin Yue's body, and her voice became somewhat muffled.
Once
