Taking Leave, and Explaining Some Things

The "Dao Source" arc should be the penultimate arc of this book. As we enter the final stretch, I'm sorting things out again.

The next arc, also the final one—

"Past, Future"

Overall, this book will probably be finished within a month after the New Year, though it may be a little later or earlier.

While I'm at it, let me say a few things about this book.

From the first chapter until now, although some parts differed from my original plans, the overall main plot still followed the outline.

And let's talk about the results, too.

When this book went premium, it had 3,300 first-day subscriptions. On January 1st, 2025, it received the ten-thousand-subscription badge.

After that, there were probably issues with the plot arrangement, and it had been going downhill ever since June 2025.

Judging by the numbers, it probably flopped, but I'm still quite satisfied with it myself.

After all, getting ten thousand subscriptions with my very first book was already pretty good. As for the later decline, it was probably because I didn't have a good enough grasp on the plot.
