Fortunately, Hong Fei appeared afterward, several times larger than Arishem, and everyone witnessed their battle. That kept the chaos that should have erupted under control.
At the very least, no one in America dared take to the streets for "zero-dollar shopping" anymore, because everyone now knew that those in power had changed.
No one would continue indulging their ugly habits.

Big Head stood beside Sersi and Makkari. The moment he saw Hong Fei appear, he immediately went over to greet him.
Before he could ask his bootlicking question, Hong Fei reached out and tapped his oversized forehead. All the information concerning the Eternals, the Celestials, and the arrangements for Arishem's head flooded into his mind in an instant.
When Hong Fei withdrew his hand, Big Head understood everything. He bowed to Hong Fei, then turned and left.
Sersi and Makkari were already dead. Perhaps they had died right after Hong Fei left, or perhaps after he twisted off Arishem's head.
