The Fourth Raikage appeared at the border fortress of the Land of Lightning, blue arcs of electricity flickering across his body. Wild and arrogant, just as the rumors described, he had brought only Killer B with him. The two of them dared to walk into danger alone, showing no regard whatsoever for Konoha's elite forces.
"Konoha's Tsunade! You've got some nerve!"
The Raikage's thick brows shot upward, his voice booming like thunder, filled with brutality and disdain. "You dared to tear up the agreement and lead troops in a sneak attack on the Land of Lightning's border fortress. Do you really think Kumogakure fears Konoha?"
"I've been waiting for you."
A distinctive voice rang out. Tsunade, still dressed in her classic attire, appeared atop the fortress wall, her green robe snapping loudly in the wind.
Her red lips pressed together slightly, her tone cold and composed, carrying the pride of one of the Sannin. "The border conflict was started by Kumogakure. For years, you've harassed and plundered the northern front, ambushed and killed Konoha ninja squads, and encroached on the Land of Fire's territory. The situation today is one you brought upon yourselves."
After repairs and reinforcement, this Kumogakure border fortress had long since become impregnable. With the advantage of terrain on their side, even a Jinchuriki would have to spend some effort breaking through it head-on.
"Impudence!"
Lightning around A surged explosively, blue electricity coursing over his entire body as ferocity roiled in his eyes. "Don't think that your monstrous strength and regeneration mean you can do whatever you want! During the Third Shinobi War, I fought the Yellow Flash without falling behind. Do you think you alone can stop Kumogakure's army?"
At the mention of Minato Namikaze, Tsunade's gaze darkened slightly, and her voice turned several degrees colder.
