Picking a fight with Konoha now would be unwise.
First, deal with Itachi, Obito, and the Akatsuki. Then turn back and start with Konoha, overthrowing all the ninja villages and the Daimyo Palace.
"Of course." Kyoshin nodded. "Even a lean camel is bigger than a horse. When our plans begin, we'll need timely intelligence."
