"You're only showing up after all this time. Looks like you've made a major breakthrough?" The Bearded Boss looked at Barn, whom he hadn't seen in a hundred years, and asked with a smile.

Barn smiled. "Thanks to you, I've had a small breakthrough. Please set me up with another worthy opponent to spar with this time."

The Bearded Boss gave him a long look. "A worthy opponent to spar with? You said it yourself. Make sure you put up a good fight. If you win, the reward will be generous; even if you lose, you'll still get a reward." With that, he tossed Barn a gold token.

Barn thought the other man's smile looked a little odd, but he took the token and headed toward the arena, secretly marveling, It's been so long since I've seen jewelry made of gold. This Colosseum has pretty good taste.

The passing spectators all gave Barn's gold token some very strange looks.

It wasn't until Barn stepped into the arena and saw the face of the person opposite him that he finally realized what was happening. His expression stiffened.

"Miss!" Barn blurted out.

The person standing opposite him was none other than Fukaloss.

She still looked as she had two hundred years ago, in her Blue Court Dress, with her long white hair draped over her shoulders. Only her golden eyes were different, now shrouded in storm clouds.

"Die!"

Fukaloss let out a furious shout. The Blue Divine Artifact Chain in her hand swept toward Barn like a raging python.

Barn immediately drew the Mist Hidden spear and flicked its tip, knocking the chain aside. He hurriedly shouted, "Miss, don't go for the kill! It's me, Barn!"

But Fukaloss wouldn't listen. Her Blue Divine Artifact Chain lashed about like a whip, and she had clearly made a breakthrough too. As the chain whipped through the air, countless sharp icicles erupted from it, shooting toward Barn in a dense hail.

Barn didn't dare let his guard down. Water Element Midgod Artifact Armor instantly appeared on his body, and he raised a Water Element Shield, blocking every flying icicle.

"It's been a hundred years! I knew you'd come to the King City Arena, so I snuck out to wait for you. And then you just disappeared! A hundred years! I've nearly finished my hundred-win streak, and you only show up now!" Fukaloss's voice was full of fury.

Barn shrank his neck and hurriedly backed away. "Miss, I've been making a breakthrough lately and only just came out of seclusion. I didn't realize I'd kept you waiting so long."

Just then, the arena boss's voice rang throughout the venue. "Ladies and gentlemen, today is Miss Fukaloss's final match in her challenge for a Hundred-Battle Winning Streak! Her opponent is another Lowgod, Bane Boley! Now, let us witness this legendary moment!"

Barn glanced at the Bearded Boss in the stands, then at the furious Fukaloss before him. The corner of his mouth twitched.

"Miss, this is the final match for your Hundred-Battle Winning Streak?"

"To wait for you, I stayed in the arena for a hundred years and fought ninety-nine matches in a row!" Fukaloss raised both hands, and another Gray Divine Artifact Chain appeared in them. "Today, I'll use you to kick things off!"

Barn shuddered all over and shouted without hesitation, "I surrender!"

The Bearded Boss's voice rang out at just the right moment. "By the rules of a Hundred-Battle Winning Streak, neither side may surrender voluntarily in the final ten matches. The fight can only end when one side dies or the host decides that one side can no longer continue!"

Barn swallowed and cautiously looked at Fukaloss. "Miss, you wouldn't really kill me, would you?"

"Just accept your death!"

Fukaloss's two Divine Artifact Chains turned into venomous snakes and swept furiously toward Barn.

Barn swung his spear rapidly. The breakthrough he'd made during his hundred years of seclusion was now on full display. His spear flashed repeatedly, casually turning back every attack from the two chains.

"Well, well, you really did make a breakthrough!" Fukaloss had also comprehended the Round Soft Profound Mystery and could tell at a glance how much Barn had improved in it. "Perfect. Let's see what I've learned!"

As soon as she finished speaking, the Blue Divine Artifact Chain that represented Water Element no longer tried to wrap around Barn. Instead, it extended wildly, covering the entire arena. Pure Water Element Divine Power spread along the chain and interwove, forming strange runes—clearly, a magic array!

Holding the gray chain, Fukaloss flashed forward. Her speed had doubled, and she charged straight at Barn.

Just as Barn was about to break out of the chain array, the chains seemed to come alive. They suddenly shifted, and a thumb-thick chain stretched across his path. A terrifying force erupted from it, sending Barn rebounding straight back.

While Barn was still stunned, Fukaloss had already closed in.

He raised his spear to meet her. The Gray Divine Artifact Chain and the Mist Hidden spear became a blur of shadows, and a continuous series of clashes rang out in midair. For a time, the two were evenly matched.

But as the surrounding Blue Divine Artifact Chains shifted again, Barn suddenly felt a bone-deep chill seep into his body, slowing his movements by a third. Fukaloss, however, was unaffected; she moved even faster, and the balance of the fight instantly tipped in her favor.

Clearly, the Ice Prison Cage formed by the Blue Divine Artifact Chains could both suppress an enemy and strengthen its user.

Seeing this, Barn clashed with Fukaloss again, then used the force of the recoil to rush toward the edge of the array.

As Fukaloss controlled the chain array, shifting its shape, she sneered, "I created this Ice Prison Cage by combining the Ice Profound Mystery, Water Element, and Round Soft Profound Mystery. You can't escape!"

But just as she waited for Barn to be caught off guard, golden Fate Divine Power erupted from his body, covering the chains in his path. They instantly seemed to lose their aim, turning rigid and chaotic. Barn easily broke out of the domain.

"Miss, your mastery of the profound mysteries still needs a little work!"

Fukaloss's golden eyes narrowed as she stared at Barn in shock.

The Ice Prison Cage had been personally taught by the Ice Prison King. In its complete form, it didn't need to change shape to unleash its full power. But Fukaloss hadn't yet completely fused the three profound mysteries, allowing Barn to seize an opening. On top of that, Barn's Fate Law was so rare in Gobada that she'd been caught off guard.

Fukaloss narrowed her eyes and spoke slowly. "Since you were my final opponent for the hundred-win streak, I thought the boss was giving me an easy match. I didn't expect you to go from a Sanctuary to this level in just three hundred years. You really are a genius. Now, let me show you my full strength!"

As soon as she finished speaking, all the chains around Fukaloss turned back toward her and wrapped around her in layer upon layer, like vines. From a distance, she looked like a mummy made of chains.

Barn didn't dare underestimate her and immediately took a defensive stance.

Wrapped in chains, Fukaloss charged straight at him. The chains around her body were like living armor, protecting her from head to toe.
