Although his Chakra Enhanced Strength was terrifying, Qingyun's body hadn't fully matured yet. For now, developing new close-combat techniques was crucial.

"I have Wind, Fire, and Lightning Release, which means I can learn Chidori and Rasengan."

Qingyun planned to learn Rasengan first. It didn't require Hand Seals, and he already knew exactly how to train for it.

He had actually mastered the Rasengan from the world of Naruto.

White Fang nodded. "Not bad. This technique doesn't require Hand Seals, and it's highly destructive. I also feel it has plenty of room for further development."

Qingyun studied under the Third Hokage and White Fang, trained on his own, and took on B-Rank Missions.

After all, Minato Namikaze had originally invented this technique. It was only right to give it back to him.

"What does 'weakened version' mean?" Qingyun asked directly.
