Within the Solar Engine.
Amid a structure resembling the interior of a star, formed from the vast energy extracted from Star God fragments, stood a building. The materials used to construct it could not possibly be obtained through normal means in the Real Universe.
This building connected to the C'tans' own dimensional space. It was where the gods resided in peacetime.
When the Void Dragon relayed Qin Mo's order, the C'tans scattered across the various frontline war zones immediately returned to the Solar Engine.
Perhaps Qin Mo had intended to teach the C'tans what cooperation meant. Within the Solar Engine's vast abode for the gods, he had built a magnificent hall for discussing affairs, but it had never been used until now.
The hall contained seats of every kind, each perfectly suited to the size and comfort requirements of every C'tan's Living Metal body.

Several fragment C'tans formed from all the fragments divided from the Supreme Star Gods sat opposite the five giants of the new generation.
These C'tans had not appeared here because the Void Dragon had interpreted the order
