The Eldar Prophet paid with the dispersal of his soul to render the Necrons' God-slaying weapons useless in this war.
Usulan's Psychic Power left behind rifts in the galaxy that persisted until after the war. Once the Reality Membrane and the Veil slowly repaired themselves after the war, they became an astronomical anomaly in the Real Universe: dense nebulae gathered amid the stars, forming a white eye.
This astronomical anomaly came to be known as the Eye of Usulan.
Usulan's final roar as his soul burned away, carrying resentment, unwillingness, hope, and tragic resolve, stirred up an immense Warp Storm that lasted for thousands of years and swept across more than a dozen star sectors.
Those were matters for later. Qin Mo, still in the midst of the war, did not yet know that Usulan had utterly perished. He only knew that every attack from the God-slaying weapons had been deflected, that he and the C'tan had successively destroyed several God-slaying weapons, and that only the last one remained.
The Burner destroyed an immense fleet in a single pass, then returned to Qin Mo like a Fire Meteor. Pointing at one of the many World Engines in the distance, he said, "I'll drag Yggra'nya back!"
The Burner was the fastest and the most aggressive.
With a single thought, he could make the matter composing a World Engine extraordinarily combustible. He did not even need to charge directly into the World Engine to rescue Yggra'nya. As long as he got within range, he could set ablaze this prison outside a prison.
"No. Stay here." Qin Mo rejected the Burner's offer, then turned to look at the Void Dragon. "You go."
The Void Dragon first considered it, then realized there was a deeper meaning behind it.
There was no time to waste
