The breach in the Hypercube Maze widened, and Qin Mo entered it with the gods.

The C'tan had once been mindless nebula-like entities that parasitized stars. Living Metal shells had granted them thought.

Yet, judging by the behavior and thinking of many C'tan, Qin Mo had always felt that their innate natures had existed from the start. Perhaps the Living Metal shells, by allowing them to perceive the outside world, had enabled them to project those natures onto that perception and thus develop personalities.

The Star Map proved Qin Mo's guess.

It had no Living Metal shell, yet it could still communicate normally and possessed an innate nature. It had been able to sense the outside world from birth, different from the very beginning.

Just as its nature was to use reality rather than distort it like other C'tan of its kind.

Upon seeing The Chronicler and Mimic, the Star Map took on a tangible, non-abstract form, appearing humanoid like most C'tan.

It instantly drifted before the gods, examining them one by one before finally stopping before Qin Mo.

"You are not The Forger, are you?" the star map asked. "I can sense something different about you."

"Yes." Qin Mo nodded. "I don't know why either, but..."

"The energy that came with you tore it apart and consumed it," the star map said. "I can sense that the Real Universe is rejecting you. You do not belong in reality. You are not even from this reality."

Qin Mo looked at the Star Map in surprise.

The Star Map mimicked a surprised expression as well and looked toward the Void Dragon and the others. "You are not surprised that you follow a human?"

"If he were still the old Forger, our entire race would be finished." The Void Dragon raised its
