Qin Mo could freely manipulate that portion of time that was wholly real and untouched by Psychic Power. He could also directly see every enemy's position in space and time, even each of their internal organs and every microscopic particle composing their material bodies.
Qin Mo plucked out the hearts of the Pan-Pacific Empire soldiers in the prison one by one from a great distance away.
This simple, straightforward slaughter wasted a few seconds, but it did not matter.
Since Dur believed that dropping from the sky and instantly killing the enemy carried risks, then using a method that appeared risk-free but was, in truth, just as risk-free as killing enemies from the sky was necessary.
"Why is your Psychic Power so stable?" Qin Mo looked at Dur. Before Dur could ask what power he had used, Qin Mo asked first. "You and I both know that Psychic Power is generally unstable."
"Perhaps it is a gift of the royal bloodline," Dur said with a trace of pride.
As the ruler of an empire, Dur loved his people and wanted to give them better lives. Yet he was still an emperor, still proud of his bloodline and status.
But Qin Mo did not think much of that. Dur was still worthy of respect. Compared to those detestable and pathetic humanoid rulers on Terra, Dur was simply a beacon in
