Grot said this and winked at Qin Mo. Then the three mortal commanders followed alongside Qin Mo and Guilliman as they walked before the three assembled Tyran regiments.

The other participating Astra Militarum regiments were all aboard their respective Transport Ships. The voyage was nearly over, and there was no time to inspect them aboard their vessels.

Yet even as the Lord of Tyran's friend, it was somewhat inappropriate for Guilliman to give a speech. After all, the Tyran Sector nominally belonged to the Imperium, but in practice it was no different from another human power.
