After another great battle began, Clone Angron, disguised as a new Thunder Warrior, charged alongside the Space Marines toward the Demon Army surging ahead like a crimson tide.

The clone fixed his eyes on his original. Thanks to his height, he could see across the vast distance to where his original stood.

That fallen original was as bizarre and deranged as Qin Mo and Scholar had described. Even his appearance had changed drastically. If no one had told the clone that his original looked like that, he would not have recognized him through observation alone.

At the far end of Clone Angron's gaze, the leader and mighty warrior known as the Lord of Tyran demonstrated why so much hope had been placed in him. Lightning and flame coursed around him as eight Bloodthirsters led their Demon Armies in besieging him.

The regent who had endured since the Great Heresy ten thousand years ago wielded the Emperor's Sword, cutting down every demon before him as he struggled forward, roaring challenges and taunts at the ascended Primarchs.

The regent was nothing like the refined and dignified figure he had been aboard the ship. He roared, his eyes bloodshot, slaughtering every enemy he encountered with all his strength amid his champion guards.
