Qian Renxue was sitting by the window, reviewing Spirit Hall's dossiers. Her golden hair hung casually over her shoulders, glowing with a faint holy radiance beneath the sunlight.
Sensing Qin Heng's aura, she raised her head. A hint of confusion flashed through her golden eyes. Qin Heng's expression told her that he had something important to say.
"I'm going to visit ten thousand years in the future," Qin Heng said without preamble.
Qian Renxue put down the dossiers. After thinking for a moment, she did not suggest going with him. She had only recently become a god, and had yet to fully assimilate the power of the Angel God Position. She needed time to properly comprehend divine power.
But more importantly, she wanted to carry out a thorough reform of Spirit Hall and the Douluo Empire.
"Spirit Hall's current state has already made it a state within the Douluo Empire." Qian Renxue rose to her feet and walked before Qin Heng. Her voice was calm, yet carried the firmness born of careful consideration. "In the past, there would have been nothing wrong with Spirit Hall unifying the Douluo Continent.
"But now that the Douluo Empire has already unified the continent first, Spirit Hall's functions should change as well."
She laid out her ideas one by one.
There were two directions for Spirit Hall's reform. The first was to expand the Angel Lineage's duty of purging Fallen Soul Masters and transform it into something like the "peacekeeping organization" Qin Heng had once mentioned.
This force would not participate in struggles for continental dominance. It would focus solely on eliminating Fallen Soul Masters and Soul Masters who committed evil deeds, preserving peace and stability across the continent.
