"I haven't seen all that much." Yura gazed into her teacup and said wistfully, "I've only seen hell. Some people are far scarier than monsters."
"Perhaps." Mito smiled. "I haven't asked your name yet. I'm Uzumaki Mito, a princess of the Land of Whirlpools."
"So you're a princess, Your Highness." Yura chuckled. "My name is Yura. I'm just an ordinary ninja."
"An ordinary ninja?" Mito didn't believe that for a second. Smiling, she said, "You seem to have some resentment toward the God of Shinobi."
"That's right. And it's not a small amount, either," Yura said. "I fought Senju Hashirama once. He beat me pretty badly."
To be fair, that was the plain, honest truth.
But saying it in front of his fiancée was a little rude.
And Yura wanted more than just to be rude.
At that, Mito smiled. "You must be quite formidable. At the moment, the only ninja known to have lost to Senju Hashirama and survived is Uchiha Madara."
