Background

Nebula is a transmigrator who arrived in the ninja world without notable strength or talent. His chakra control was so poor that even practicing basic academy techniques could send his chakra out of control, and he was held back at the Ninja Academy for two years. Before the Contrast System activated, he was widely considered the academy’s dead-last. 1 7

His father was a Special Jōnin, but both of Nebula’s parents died in battle. Their deaths left the Kotetsu family in decline, with Nebula and his younger brother, Kotetsu Hagane, living in the family estate. 6
