By this point, the disturbance coming from deep underground had become extremely obvious. In the Clear Wind Realm, many True Lake cultivators had sensed it. Every one of them was uncertain and alarmed, with no idea what was happening.
Beneath the abyss, Lu Ye continued downward. The abyss was incomparably deep—broad at first, then narrowing the farther down he went. By the halfway point, it was nearly too narrow for a person to pass through, and beyond that, there was simply no path at all.
Lu Ye could only draw the Crag Mountain Saber and violently carve through the obstruction ahead, forcing his way onward without hindrance.
After descending an unknown number of tens of thousands of zhang, Lu Ye suddenly felt the obstruction before him vanish. A searing breath rushed head-on at him, and he fell into a space.
Looking around, he saw lava rolling and flowing throughout this place. Bubbles of all sizes rose from the molten rock, bursting without end.
This was, astonishingly, the heart of the Clear Wind Realm.
Though the Clear Wind Realm was merely a True Lake-level realm, this environment was so harsh that ordinary cultivators could not remain here at all. Not only was the Primordial Magnetic Field dense and chaotic, but even the blazing heat was something no one below the Star Constellation Realm could withstand.
Yet Lu Ye felt as though bathed in a spring breeze. If he wished, he could even activate the Talent Tree's power to devour the scorching force all around him, converting it into fuel stored within the Talent Tree.
But doing so would harm this realm, and the scorching power here was not particularly high-grade. Even if Lu Ye devoured it, the benefits would be limited.
The thudding grew ever clearer, coming from within the lava.
