A warship had arrived. Judging by its course, its destination should have been this remnant battlefield.
Lu Ye observed it briefly and found that it was only a Moon Jade Realm-class warship. He and Nine Radiance immediately flew toward it.
Neither of them made any attempt to conceal themselves; their Sunlight auras were fully exposed.
Inside the warship slowly approaching them, someone suddenly cried out, "Two powerful auras are closing in! The intensity of those auras... they're Divine Realm!"
"How could there be Divine Realm experts here?"
"This is bad! They must be those damned Star Abyss monsters!"
"Run!"
"Why are they running?" Lu Ye watched the warship suddenly turn around and clearly prepare to flee, his face full of confusion.
Nine Radiance guessed, "Perhaps they've mistaken us for enemies?"
That was the only explanation. Helpless, Lu Ye could only send a voice transmission to express that he meant no harm while swiftly darting after the fleeing warship.
Though the warship was moving at full speed, how could it possibly shake off Lu Ye and Nine Radiance? They caught up to it in mere moments.
Yet the cultivators inside the warship did not readily believe his voice transmission. As Lu Ye and Nine Radiance approached, they continually launched attacks at them, but to no avail.
Shortly afterward, the two had intercepted the warship from the front. They had thought this would force it to stop, but unexpectedly, it did not slow down at all and rammed straight at them, clearly intending to perish together with them.
If the collision landed, Lu Ye and Nine Radiance would be unharmed, but the warship would certainly be destroyed.
"What a nuisance!" Lu Ye sighed. His figure flashed, and he arrived outside the warship's protective barrier. Raising a hand, he gently pressed downward.
