Five Poisons Pool

There were many vicious grounds and Forbidden Lands in the Cloud River Battlefield, and many of them were lairs occupied by Overlord-level Demonic Generals. For example, within Mount Taimang, the territory of that Berserk Giant Ape from before was somewhere no ordinary cultivator would dare provoke.

However, there were also many places that were simply harsh in environment, and that harshness was something even those in the Cloud River Realm found difficult to endure.

Five Poisons Pool was undoubtedly one of them.

Its inner environment was more or less the same as the Myriad Poison Forest's; countless kinds of highly venomous things lived within, and their year-round breathing had filled the entirety of Five Poisons Pool with poisonous mist that even the wind could not scatter.

Relatively speaking, however, the toxicity of the many venomous creatures and poisonous mists in Five Poisons Pool was far more potent than that over at the Myriad Poison Forest.

After all, one was a Forbidden Land of the Spirit Stream Battlefield, and the other was a Forbidden Land of the Cloud River Battlefield. There was still a difference in level.

Within this Forbidden Land, what existed in the greatest numbers were all kinds of venomous spiders, venomous centipedes, venomous frogs, venomous snakes, and venomous scorpions.

Thus it was named for the five poisons.

Though it carried the word "pool," it was no tiny pond. If one looked down from high above, it was instead a vast abyssal land of unknown depth.

At a glance, there was simply no seeing the bottom of Five Poisons Pool.

Rumor had it that Overlord-level Demonic Generals also survived within, but such a perilous place was somewhere no ordinary cultivator dared approach at normal times, so whether there really were Overlord-level Demonic Beasts there or not, no one could
