• Xu Sanshi felt his Xuanming Turtle martial soul evolve as the serpent bloodline awakened, then decided to scout ahead while Jiang Nannan and the others remained unconscious.

• Du Bisi, recalling his defeat by Mu En, wondered whether their battle had proven that body martial souls were not inferior to other martial souls before he began to lose consciousness.
