In other words, the Shuttle Gate adjusted the flow of time in the worlds it traveled to.
There would be no situation where he spent a year in the Battle Through the Heavens World while only a day passed in the Douluo God Realm, or where a day in the Douluo God Realm equaled a year in the Battle Through the Heavens World.
