Following the incantation in the Pill Codex, Xiao Yu silently recited it in his heart. He pressed his thumbs together and held his index fingers back, forming a peculiar hand seal. With a thought, he summoned the Bone Spirit Cold Flame within his body and used the Qi Control Method to control it. Gradually, it formed into a Flame Cauldron!

At dawn, glaring sunlight streamed in through the window and fell across Xiao Yu's face. Before the tightly shut eyes of Xiao Yu stood a white pill furnace one inch tall, condensed from the Bone Spirit Cold Flame.

After a night of effort, Xiao Yu had successfully mastered this technique for condensing a pill furnace. But being able to divide his attention between condensing the furnace and refining pills at the same time would likely still require a long journey!

Xiao Yu suddenly opened his eyes, and a streak of white flame flashed through them. Looking at the flame pill furnace formed from the Bone Spirit Cold Flame before him, Xiao Yu smiled faintly. With a light wave of his right hand, the pill furnace shattered with a bang, transforming into a Fire Dragon that burrowed into Xiao Yu's body!

With a soft creak, the doors of the Dou Qi Pavilion opened. Xiao Yu looked over and found that his own father was walking out from within.

"Father?"

"Mm!" A faint smile appeared on Xiao Zhan's honest face. "Today is the day you enter the Dou Qi Pavilion. Naturally, I had to be here as well!"

Xiao Yu nodded without speaking, only to hear Xiao Zhan continue, "You already know the rules for entering the Dou Qi Pavilion, so I won't waste words. Let's test your attribute first, then you can choose a Dou Qi cultivation method!"

Without giving Xiao Yu and Xiao Zhan time to react, the two Elders vanished from where they stood as though they had never been there. Yet their words struck Xiao Zhan and Xiao Yu's hearts like heavy hammers!
