It was not that Sasuke intended to humiliate a dead man; he was merely calmly recounting an ending.

Sasuke turned his wrist, spinning the long blade once in his palm before lightly placing it over the sheath on his back. He then released it, allowing the blade to slowly slide into its sheath.
He looked toward the Daimyo ninja in the distance, his cold voice drifting over.
"Do you still want to continue?"
In the span of barely a dozen minutes, the Daimyo ninja had suffered too many drastic ups and downs. Their mental state was like the elastic in an old woman's underwear—long since loose and slack. When they suddenly heard Sasuke's question, many of them took a full three or four seconds to come back to their senses.
They looked at Nagato, slumped on the ground with a deathly pale face and clearly more breath leaving him than entering him, then at the Sky Battleship hovering overhead.
Finally, the Daimyo ninja turned their gazes toward Lin Qing, who was flying back.
