Golden Spin.
The four levels Lin Qing currently knew:
Lesson 1: Don't have any strange expectations of me.
Just like the title said, it was merely the most rudimentary foundational Spin technique. Even the dullest idiot could learn it after burying themselves in practice for a few months.
Its difficulty was basically on the same level as the yo-yos from Blazing Teens.
Lesson 2: Don't let the muscles notice.
This trained unconscious control and energy transmission.
At first, Lin Qing had found it hard to understand why the muscles absolutely had to "not notice."
After all, with his control over his body, what difference would it make even if his muscles noticed? Lin Qing could use even more precise control of force to launch the Steel Ball.
It was precisely because his control over his body was too strong that Lin Qing had been stuck at Lesson 2 for a long time.
It was not until he had truly entered Lesson 3, and later practiced Lesson 4, that he understood the meaning of "don't let the muscles notice"—
This was another kind of foundational training.
Golden Spin had never depended on how strong the user was or how refined their technique was. This was not a power that belonged to Lin Qing alone. To put it simply, Lin Qing's only job was to aim and fire.
As for why a Steel Ball thrown by an ordinary man could produce such terrifying effects, it all came from the rules of the world.
Based on that, the more Lin Qing wanted to control, the less he could obtain from the outside world.
So, from Lesson 2 onward, what Lin Qing had been practicing was "letting go."
Lesson 3: Believe in the Spin. Just believe!
At this level, Lin Qing trained his conviction.
