When controlling Star Platinum alone, the effective range of Time Stop is 9.99 seconds.
When controlling multiple Stands, the effective range of Time Stop is 4.99 seconds.
Within the space of stopped time, no Stand other than Star Platinum and the Stand User can move.
Note 1: Invincible.
Note 2: 9.99 seconds is the limit of the world, not your limit.
Note 3: What if you take one more step?
After Lin Qing read the description panel for Star Platinum, he saw that its stats hadn't changed much. They were still 5A1C; the main change from this upgrade was the effective duration of Time Stop.
A Time Stop lasting 9.99 seconds was even more powerful than Dio at his peak, giving Lin Qing plenty of time to do more.

He looked at Note 3.
"What does 'take one more step' mean?"
"Could Star Platinum: The World still be upgraded after using the Dimensional Ascension Star Core? For example..."
Lin Qing thought of the special item mentioned in Part 5 of JoJo, Golden Wind: the Stand Arrow.
"Star Platinum: The World Requiem?"
He glanced at the 714 Soul Shards he had left and stopped daydreaming.
He'd better keep collecting Soul Shards.
The Jashin Cult incident had given Lin Qing a disturbing idea.
Humanity had two destructive urges.
One was self-destruction.
The other was the destruction of others.
Lin Qing had seen a projection of the former: Jashin.
The White-Haired Cult Leader was the perfect example of someone who longed for self-destruction.
By normal logic, however, the urge to destroy others had to be far stronger than the urge to destroy oneself.
