What was this urgent meeting about?
Samui felt a sudden, inexplicable tightness in her chest.
She and Killer B arrived at the Raikage's office building and entered a sealed conference room. There weren't many people inside; most of those present were the village's jōnin and the Raikage's secretary.

The conference room door opened again, and the Fourth Raikage, A, strode in.
Since they were all his own people, he wasn't wearing his Raikage cloak. Bare-chested, his massive, muscular frame was casually on display. Just looking at him, one could sense the tremendous power of his body.
He had always been a decisive man. After entering, he nodded to everyone, walked to the seat of honor, took a photograph from his pocket, and slapped it onto the table.
"Sasuke Uchiha."
A pulled out a chair and sat down. Tapping the photograph, he said succinctly, "This is the subject of the meeting."
No one was surprised by the meeting's subject.
Everything Kumogakure did revolved around becoming stronger. Samui had previously led a team to Kirigakure to meet Lin Qing, hoping to persuade him peacefully and invite him and Sasuke to join them.
But Lin Qing had rejected the offer.
Since persuasion wouldn't work, they would have to use force.
The Raikage's secretary, Mabui, held a stack of documents and handed them out to the shinobi in the conference room. They contained intelligence on the combat strength of Kirigakure, Lin Qing, and the others.
When Mabui offered A a copy, he waved her off and tapped his temple to indicate he had already memorized it.
Samui knew this intelligence very well.
She had submitted the reports on Lin Qing, Sasuke, Xiaotao, and the others herself.
