Konoha's Ninja Academy was open to everyone. Even if you were a civilian, as long as you showed talent as a ninja, you could study there. As a member of the Uzumaki Clan, Kushina Uzumaki was placed directly in Class A by the Third Hokage. The classes were divided according to talent and birth.
That meant Kushina's classmates were either members of old ninja clans or exceptionally talented civilian ninja. Even in a relatively fair place like Konoha, the treatment of clan children and civilians differed. Most of the students in Class A came from various ninja clans. Whatever their talent, their backgrounds were impeccable.
The civilians who made it into Class A were all exceptionally gifted children. After graduation, even the least accomplished among them would start out as Chunin. For ordinary civilian ninja, Chunin was already a prestigious rank. Chunin were the backbone of a ninja village, while Jonin counted as elite combatants. Some particularly powerful Jonin could even trade blows with a Kage.
In Konoha, there was a fairly common pattern: any Jonin with a name worth remembering had ninja elders if you traced his family back three generations. The ninja whose names nobody knew were generally Genin or Chunin, and at most reached the level of Special Jōnin.
It was worth noting that Special Jōnin and Jonin were not the same rank. Special Jōnin were given that title for exceptional ability in one area or for some special contribution. In general, their overall strength was inferior to that of Jonin.
However, there was no clear chain of command between Special Jōnin and Jonin. It depended directly on who was assigned to lead a mission. Sometimes, the strategist on a team might be only a Chunin, while the men he led were all Jonin. Such arrangements were quite common in Konoha.
The main reason Kushina had been put in Class A as soon as she arrived in Konoha was that the Third Hokage wanted her to make an impression on the younger generation of the various ninja clans. That would help foster her sense of belonging as a Jinchuriki. Since she would inevitably be dealing with elite ninja in the future, placing her in another class to mingle with civilians would not help her become an outstanding Konoha ninja.

Konoha had not faced any more battles, either. The entire Shinobi World had returned to peace.
As Hiruzen Sarutobi led Konoha out of the shadow of war, his personal influence gradually spread throughout the Shinobi World. Konoha retained a measure of deterrence, keeping the surrounding villages that eyed it greedily from acting rashly. From Mito's age and Kushina's, Uzumaki Kuming could roughly figure out what era he was in. It was probably just before the Second Shinobi World War, though he had no idea how long before.
He knew, more or less, that Mito's death would be the fuse that ignited the Second Shinobi World War. Once Konoha lost its nuclear weapon, the other villages would attack after Mito died, and Konoha would lose its closest ally as it was dragged into the war.
Early in the Second Shinobi World War, Tsunade's younger brother would go to the battlefield. By the middle of the war, the Sannin would make their name. Near the end, Tsunade's lover, Dan Katō, would die unexpectedly, leaving her with hemophobia. After the war, the Sannin would begin to fade from Konoha. Orochimaru would eventually pursue science and be expelled from the village, while Jiraiya would set out on the path of bringing Orochimaru back.
By the time of the Third Shinobi World War, it would be the Yellow Flash's time to shine. That would also be when Madara Uchiha's various schemes began to surface.
This showed just how important Uzumaki Mito was to Konoha. Before she died, Madara Uchiha had only dared to meddle outside the village. He had never dared to reach into Konoha itself. Back then, though old, Madara could still capture any Tailed Beast other than the Nine-Tails with ease.
But by the time Madara Uchiha had outlived Uzumaki Mito, he was too old to capture Tailed Beasts anymore. He had no choice but to raise Obito to carry out certain tasks.
After roughly sorting out the timeline, Uzumaki Kuming let go of the nipple. He was full, and he had a general plan for his future. He wasn't sure whether his deductions had any errors or omissions, but he didn't care.
After all, the real world always moved forward. He only needed to change what he could, and make sure events unfolded in ways that benefited him. But before he could change anything, Uzumaki Kuming set himself a small goal: to get weaned first~

The Third Hokage said nothing about the trouble Kushina caused at the Academy. Instead, he stepped in to comfort the parents of the children she had beaten. As for Kushina, after she got home, Uzumaki Mito and Tsunade immediately reassured her. She faced no punishment at all. From that day on, Uzumaki Kuming realized that his family counted as a powerful connection in Konoha.
His sister had beaten up so many kids at school and still hadn't been punished. He knew Kushina must have been forced to fight back, but he also knew she had definitely thrown the first punch. The person who started the fight had escaped punishment and even been comforted by Mito and Tsunade. That was when he realized his sister's connections were second to none~
Time flew by. Before long, two years had passed since the siblings, Kushina and Uzumaki Kuming, arrived in Konoha. During those two years, Kuming had finally resisted the temptation of the pretty young women and managed to wean himself. His Chakra had also made great progress. Most importantly, he could finally walk upright with ease and express his needs in simple words.
He, Uzumaki Kuming, could finally stop wetting his pants! And when he had diarrhea, he no longer messed himself!
And Kushina Uzumaki had spent two happy years beating up kids without getting punished.
