Hanzo of the Salamander stood on the back of his Summoning Beast, Salamander Ibuse. He held a short sickle in one hand and a small hammer in the other, with a long chain connecting the two. The strange ninja tool drew plenty of attention.
"Kid, I acknowledge your strength! For Konoha's sake, I'll let you leave alive if you withdraw now."

As Hanzo of the Salamander spoke, the Rain Ninja sprang into action, hurling ninja tools and ninjutsu at the members of Akatsuki. Under their assault, some of Akatsuki's weaker members couldn't dodge at all, and casualties mounted in an instant. Uchiha Fugaku struggled to fend off the Rain Ninja's attacks amid the crowd.
Hundreds of ninja attacked at once. Even though they weren't all targeting Uchiha Fugaku, they still posed a tremendous threat to him. Fugaku was a traditional ninja—which meant he could hit hard but couldn't take a hit. Unlike Jiuming, he couldn't shrug off most attacks and had no choice but to dodge frantically.
Uzumaki Kuming had no time to worry about the rest of Akatsuki. He only cared about the few people he knew!
