"What happened? Who are you?"

The Uchiha who had rushed over at the commotion surrounded Uzumaki Kuming, a stranger to them. Kuming, meanwhile, dispelled the barrier he had used to seal off the small house earlier.
A heavy stench of blood mingled with the dust and filled the air. Some Uchiha civilians couldn't stand the smell and began retching, while several ninja realized how serious the situation was. Keeping a wary eye on Kuming, they entered the crater to investigate.
As the smoke gradually cleared, the scene at the bottom of the crater came into view. The soil had taken on an odd color, and the experienced Uchiha ninja immediately realized what had happened there. Large splashes of blood still stained the dirt.
"How cruel!"
"You did this, didn't you?"
The first ninja to arrive was a young man in his twenties named Uchiha Inabi. After briefly examining the crater, he knitted his brows and fixed Kuming with a look full of murderous intent.

Kuming slowly walked out of the circle of Uchiha and headed toward the crater. None of them stopped him. They were on Uchiha territory, after all; they weren't worried that this stranger would try anything.
"No?"
The young man furrowed his brows and asked coldly.
He hadn't blindly assumed Kuming was the culprit. The matter still needed to be investigated.
Besides, he could tell that someone had died in the explosion, but he couldn't determine exactly how many. An explosion of this scale had been brutal and powerful, yet its damage had been contained to a relatively small area. That was likely connected to the barrier that had suddenly appeared earlier. If the man before him wasn't responsible, then he must have been the one who created that barrier.
