Madara Uchiha saw Uzumaki Kuming suddenly form hand seals. Though puzzled, he also became wary. A ninja of Uzumaki Kuming's caliber would never do anything meaningless. Forming seals at a time like this probably meant he was about to unleash some powerful ninjutsu.
