When Obito Uchiha saw the Anbu he had just been speaking with pinned to the ground by Tailed Beast-transformed Rin, he immediately realized something was terribly wrong. He quickened his pace and rushed to Rin's side, slapping a talisman onto her face.
Just as he helped Rin break free from her Tailed Beast state, Karin on the other side seemed to be affected by Rin as well. The Tailed Beast Chakra enveloping her grew denser and denser until it swallowed her whole.
