But then someone recognized Senju Fujima and called out his name. The next second, several ninja bolted, wishing they had grown a few more legs.
"Hey...!"
"Wait for me!"
The first person to want to run away ended up being the last to leave. A flash of panic crossed his eyes as he frantically chased after them.
"Guess you know what's good for you."
Senju Fujima did not open his eyes. The corners of his lips curled up slightly as he muttered under his breath.
"Fujima, honestly. He's obviously just here to have fun, isn't he?"
"Then again, if he made a move, no one else would have any chance of passing."
"Do as you please!"
Izuna Uchiha received Root's report. He smiled faintly and shook his head, choosing not to interfere.
After all, Senju Fujima's strength surpassed everyone present. If he truly went around snatching food, no one else would get to eat.
"Only two hundred and eighty people have been eliminated so far."
"In a few more days, it should drop to two hundred, or perhaps even fewer, right?"
"The difference between the strong and the weak is still quite obvious."
"I'm really looking forward to your performances from here on out!"
Izuna Uchiha smiled. There were now fewer than three hundred people left in the exam grounds, and it was only the third day—nearly half had already been eliminated.
The remaining four days were bound to be a fierce struggle.
"Put down the bento in your hand, and I can let you leave."
Just then, a tall woman in a red off-the-shoulder outfit, with emerald-green eyes, long brown curls falling in crossed waves, and skin as fair as snow, had just picked up a bento from the ground when a cold voice suddenly sounded behind her.
