The Sage of Six Paths shook his head, looking at Kaguya Otsutsuki before him with a silent sigh.

"My body is suppressing the Netherworld, so I cannot leave."

The Sage of Six Paths shook his head. After seeing that the souls of the dead drifted throughout the world, he had used his own body to create the Netherworld, creating a special world to house the souls of the deceased.
Whenever someone died, their soul would be drawn by him into the Netherworld he had created.
