Night fell, and the number of pedestrians on the streets gradually dwindled.

The streetlights lining both sides of the road flickered on one after another. Yet beneath the expanse of the broad streets, their dim glow carried a faint air of desolation.

Cang Nan walked down the road unhurriedly, while Urahara Kisuke followed close behind, cautiously surveying their surroundings.
