Mysterious Creature

Beneath the ruins of the abandoned palace, the area now lay fully exposed beneath Hueco Mundo's night sky, like a secluded dry well finally seeing daylight again.

The moonlight still fell coldly from the night sky. At the bottom of the dry well, one half was illuminated while the other remained shrouded in shadow.

Cang Nan stood beneath the moonlight, on full alert. The door he had just blasted open was hidden within the shadows.

After the brief thrill of smashing through the door passed, the expression on his face suddenly froze.
