Williams voiced his thanks, and Yue Nidi ended the call. Looking at the disconnected call, Williams began attending to other matters.
In the chief executive's office at the Atlantic Federation's Presidential Palace, Yue Nidi called the other two immediately after ending the conversation with Williams.
Soon, the three convened as virtual projections in a conference room at Earth Alliance headquarters.
"Yue Nidi, why did you call this meeting?"
Braguno looked at Yue Nidi and spoke coldly.
Zhou Zhengguo glanced at Braguno, then turned his attention to Yue Nidi.
Under their gazes, Yue Nidi played the combat footage Williams had sent.
As the footage played, Yue Nidi spoke.
"This ZAFT mobile suit has far exceeded our expectations. It poses an extremely serious threat to us. We need to develop countermeasures."
After hearing this, Braguno glanced at Yue Nidi and replied coldly.
"Yue Nidi, you're stating the obvious!" Braguno took a deep breath before continuing. "We've launched plenty of operations against him, and every one has come to nothing. Why bring this up again now?"
Zhou Zhengguo glanced at Braguno, then asked Yue Nidi a question.
"Do you have a new plan?"
At those words, Yue Nidi looked away from Braguno.
Turning to Zhou Zhengguo, Yue Nidi's expression softened, and a hint of warmth entered the reply.
"Learn their strengths and use them against them!"
Zhou Zhengguo immediately understood, and the corners of his mouth rose slightly.
"Use Coordinators against this fellow?"
"Yes." Yue Nidi nodded lightly in affirmation.
Braguno cut in.
"There are only a handful of Hybrid Coordinators in the military right now, and most of them aren't frontline combat personnel. Can we really use them?"
Yue Nidi and Zhou Zhengguo turned toward Braguno, and Yue Nidi replied.
"We won't know whether it'll work until we try."
