He looked up at the boy. "Would you mind telling me?"
Uchiha Chonhua nodded at once. They'd gotten this far in the conversation—how could he refuse?
Of course he couldn't. That wouldn't fit his persona of looking up to the Hokage.
"Lord Hokage, you've seen my Rasengan before, right? I used it during the Chunin Ninja Exams."
Sarutobi Hiruzen nodded.
Uchiha Chonhua explained slowly, "The Rasengan is a shape transformation technique. Building on that, I incorporated Wind Release's Chakra Nature Transformation and went a step further to create a new jutsu that combines the two."
"I named it Wind Style: Rasenshuriken!"
As he spoke, Uchiha Chonhua wore a smug, excited expression. He went on at length about how he'd trained in Wind Style: Rasenshuriken, explaining its principles in thorough detail to Sarutobi Hiruzen.
As Sarutobi Hiruzen listened, he began to feel that something was off.
