Back home, Hyuga Shin thought for a moment, then opened the System Store.

He looked at the ninjutsu on offer, then at the exchange points he had. Hyuga Shin hesitated.

"If I keep saving up exchange points like this, I won't be able to afford anything good even by the end of Naruto. I might as well spend them now!"

Then Hyuga Shin bought the Three-Body Technique and the Body Flicker Technique, spending 8,000 exchange points. The Three-Body Technique cost 3,000 points in total, and the Body Flicker Technique cost 5,000. He had 51,000 points left.

"That last 1,000 points is bothering my obsessive-compulsive side. I might as well spend it too."

He spent 1,000 points on a finely crafted Kunai, a little sharper than the ones sold on the market.

With the remaining 50,000 points, Hyuga Shin bought Basic Swordsmanship Mastery.

He could use the Glint-Glint Fruit to create the Ama-no-Murakumo Sword. If he didn't know any swordsmanship at all, wouldn't that be a waste of the ability?

After acquiring Basic Swordsmanship Mastery, all the fundamental sword techniques appeared in Hyuga Shin's mind.

Chapter 17: Enrollment

Although Basic Swordsmanship Mastery covered only the basics, it gave Hyuga Shin a tremendous boost in strength. In terms of basic swordsmanship, he could now hold his own among the people in the Naruto world.

After a month of training, Hyuga Shin had made the basic swordsmanship completely his own, developing a style that suited him.

His swordsmanship focused on speed and power. He didn't bother with flashy moves—he simply went in swinging, straightforward and brutal.

This let him make full use of his advantages in strength and speed. It was the swordsmanship style best suited to him.

A month passed, and the Ninja Academy was about to open. Hyuga Shin was one of this year's new students.

He put on a black outfit, strapped all his weighted lead blocks to his body, then pulled an Imperial God Robe over them.

After pushing open the gate, Hyuga Shin headed toward the Ninja Academy.

Along the way, he saw plenty of parents taking their children to the academy.

"That little boy is so handsome! Is he one of this year's new students too?"

"Isn't that Shin? I didn't expect you to look so handsome today. I almost didn't recognize you. You'll have a whole crowd of girls swooning over you at school."

"Thanks for the compliment, Uncle Yueren." Hyuga Shin smiled as he replied. Though dressed all in black, he didn't seem cold at all.

Soon, he arrived at the Ninja Academy. By then, it was already packed with parents and this year's new students.

Hyuga Shin found a spot and sat down, quietly watching the commotion on the academy's training field.

"Maybe, a dozen years from now, this will be a fond memory too." A warm, friendly smile spread across Hyuga Shin's face.

His handsome face had already won the hearts of countless little girls. Pink hearts sparkled in their eyes as they gazed at the dashing Hyuga Shin with lovestruck expressions.

The boys, meanwhile, glared at him, their eyes blazing. They were thoroughly annoyed by Hyuga Shin for stealing the spotlight as soon as he showed up.

"Heh! So these are the legendary lovestruck eyes and jealous eyes. Impressive. I, the Tenseigan, am impressed!"

Feeling the loving gazes and the scorching, murderous stares, Hyuga Shin murmured under his breath.

Suddenly, someone tapped him on the shoulder.

Hyuga Shin wasn't surprised. He turned to Tsunade and asked, "How did you recognize me, Tsunade?"

"Shin, I noticed you weren't surprised at all. Did you know I was standing behind you?" Tsunade asked, puzzled. She hadn't made a sound.

"Of course. I sensed you," Hyuga Shin replied with a smile.

Tsunade gave Hyuga Shin a long look, then stopped asking. Everyone had their secrets, and she didn't want to pry.

"I really did sense you. And thanks for giving me those ninjutsu, Tsunade. Here." Hyuga Shin took out a handwritten copy of the Six Powers, along with instructions for training Observation Haki and Armament Haki.

"What's this?" Tsunade asked, puzzled, as she took it and opened it.

Only after a long while did Tsunade finish reading. With a grave expression, she handed it back to Hyuga Shin.

"Shin, I don't know where you got this, but put it away carefully. Don't let anyone find out." Tsunade, usually so carefree, looked unusually serious.

Hyuga Shin didn't take it back. He grinned, showing two rows of pearly white teeth.

"This was a gift for you in the first place, Sis. If you don't accept it, you're looking down on me."

Returning kindness with kindness and grievances with grievances—that was Hyuga Shin's way. He wasn't a good person, but Tsunade had given him her most important ninjutsu, and that was enough for him to remember for the rest of his life.

If someone treats me sincerely, I'll treat her sincerely in return.

Tsunade opened her mouth, but when she saw the displeasure on Hyuga Shin's face, she put the things away.

"Thank you, Shin. I promise I won't teach these techniques to anyone else," Tsunade said, touched.

Though she had only skimmed through them, she could already see their value.

First, there were the Six Powers. Each technique was at least equivalent to an A-rank ninjutsu. Observation Haki and Armament Haki were definitely S-rank secret techniques, if not even more powerful.

Hyuga Shin smiled, then warned her, "Tsunade, learning these Taijutsu techniques will take hard work. With your current physical condition, you'd struggle even to use them."

"If I can use such powerful Taijutsu, a little hardship is nothing."

The Six Powers opened Tsunade's eyes: the rapid movement of Shave, the flight of Geppo, the attacks of Shigan and Rankyaku, and the defense of Tekkai and Kami-e. They were the most comprehensive techniques she had ever seen.

Once mastered, Observation Haki would make her an excellent scout and let her anticipate her enemies' attacks.

Armament Haki was the most versatile of the Three Types of Haki. Its defensive power was impressive, but its extraordinary boost to physical ability alone could multiply Tsunade's strength several times over.

"Thank you, Shin." Tsunade didn't ask where these Taijutsu techniques had come from. Hyuga Shin trusted her enough to share them with her. What was the point of asking unnecessary questions?

"Sis! I'm over here, I'm over here!"

Just as Hyuga Shin was about to speak, a loud shout cut him off. He and Tsunade both looked toward the voice.

He called her Sis. Could he be Senju Nawaki? Hyuga Shin thought.

Tsunade's next words confirmed his guess.

"Nawaki, you idiot! What are you shouting for?" Tsunade glared at Nawaki.

"Hey! Who's he? Sis, don't tell me you're robbing the cradle." Nawaki gave them a lecherous look.

Thud!

Nawaki flipped headfirst onto the ground, his head buried in the dirt as his limbs flailed wildly.

"How did I end up with an idiot like you for a little brother?" A barely noticeable blush crossed Tsunade's face. Then she angrily drew back her fist.
