Senjumaru Shutara naturally sided with Bambietta Basterbine and the others; after all, they were on the same side.

"I will challenge the two of you in my grandfather's place. Captain Hyuga, you have no objections, do you?" Kuchiki Byakuya said coldly.

"You want to challenge both of them?" Chen glanced at Kuchiki Byakuya in surprise. Was he really that confident?

"After this battle, all grudges will be wiped clean," Kuchiki Byakuya continued.

"Fine, I accept." Chen nodded. After all, no matter how hard Kuchiki Byakuya tried, he could never beat Bambietta Basterbine and Candice together.

"Are we fighting?" Yachiru's eyes gleamed as she watched the tense atmosphere, an excited expression spreading across her face.

"What are you getting so excited for, you little brat?" Chen clenched his fist and punched Yachiru on the head.

A large bump immediately rose on Yachiru's head. Tears welled up in her eyes from the pain as she glared at Chen indignantly.

"And you still have the nerve to be angry? Were you the one stirring things up earlier?"

Candice would never have kicked Kuchiki Ginrei aside just because he was blocking the way. Chen was certain that Yachiru had deliberately provoked things. He knew Yachiru well enough—she loved nothing more than chaos.

At that, Yachiru stuck out her tongue. She had merely told Candice that she found old man Kuchiki Ginrei irritating, and Candice had promptly lost her temper and kicked him aside.

There was a reason Yachiru disliked Kuchiki Ginrei as well. Back then, Kuchiki Ginrei had caused her plenty of trouble, and Yachiru had remembered every bit of it!

"Master, there's no need for two of us. I can deal with him alone." Candice looked at Kuchiki Byakuya with disdain.

"Let me do it! I'll make sure he dies completely." Bambietta Basterbine
