Yukiko was speechless. Was Shizune watching a pantomime? Yukiko had no interest in that.
"By the way, Chen and Ran, aren't you sitting a little too close together?" Yukiko narrowed her eyes.
"Um..."
Ran immediately shifted to the side. With only Ai, a child, there before, Ran had not thought much of it. But now that Yukiko had returned, she felt embarrassed.
"It's so cold today. We need to sit close to keep warm." Chen scooted closer to Ran again.
Ran's face flushed, but she did not move away.
Ai shot Chen a glance. This guy was truly shameless. She kicked him again and shoved him with her hand.
Taking advantage of every inch, Chen pulled Ai into his arms and kneaded her cheeks. Ai opened her mouth and bit him.
"You're an adult, yet you're still squabbling with a child. Honestly." Yukiko looked at Chen and Ai, utterly speechless.
Smack!
Chen suddenly stood up and slapped Yukiko. He hated it most when people said things like that—it made him feel especially irritated.
"Y-You... what are you doing?" Yukiko pointed at Chen angrily.
"You old auntie, why are you picking on me? I'm still in high school." Chen said shamelessly.
"Old auntie?" Yukiko froze stiff. He had actually called her an old auntie.
After resting for the night, the sky cleared early the next morning. It had even snowed the night before.
"Let's hurry up and go skiing! The weather's great today." Ran was rather excited.
"Ai, why don't you seem interested at all?" Ran looked at Ai curiously. Any ordinary child would surely be excited to hear they were going skiing.
"I don't like skiing," Ai said.
"I think you just don't know how," Chen said as he looked at Ai. He had guessed right—Ai really could not ski.
