Theon Greyjoy had just brushed past the Stranger, terror still plain on his face. Seeing him stare blankly over, Asha Greyjoy, lounging against a rotting wooden door, lazily waved at him.
Theon's face instantly flushed red, and he roared furiously, "You nearly killed me!"
Asha flashed a wicked smile. "If I'd truly meant to kill you, you pathetic thing wouldn't have had the chance to wail over there, little brother."
"When did I cry? I didn't cry!" The veins bulged along Theon's neck like furious little snakes writhing across his flushed skin.
His loud denial set everyone laughing again.
"Ralf, I see the Prince of Winterfell is awake. You can put your ** away."
At Asha's voice, Ralf grinned at Theon and even gave his thing a little shake with one hand.
"Get away from me, you vile beast!"
Theon's eyes nearly spat fire as he shoved fiercely at Ralf with both hands. But the burly Ralf did not budge in the slightest, merely letting out a low laugh that seemed to mock Theon's overestimation of himself.
Then, amid everyone's jeers, Theon had no choice but to stride around Ralf, his steps ringing with anger.
As he passed Asha, he gave a cold snort and strode straight out of the house.
Outside, snow stretched as far as the eye could see, like an endless white sea.
