Bumblebee VS Lizard (Part 1)

Thump, thump, thump...

Walking through the school corridor, every step Bumblebee took carried his massive weight, causing the floor to emit a rhythmic, booming roar.

Li Si hurriedly ordered Bumblebee to quicken his pace, following closely behind until he reached the library entrance.

Just as he arrived at the door, he ran head-on into a figure that made his head ache. The two stared at each other in a daze for a moment, and Li Si's expression grew increasingly bizarre.

White hair, large over-ear headphones, a white shirt, a black vest...

"Old man, at a time like this, can you not stay lost in your world of music?"

Li Si looked at the librarian, who possessed the exact same face as Stan Lee, with a mix of laughter and tears.

Spider-Man and Lizard were fighting a heated battle inside, yet this old man was completely oblivious, immersed in his music with his headphones on, not even noticing the anomaly behind him. He didn't even have a single scratch on him—should one say he was truly worthy of being a cameo character?

The old librarian stood dumbfounded, his head subconsciously tilting upward to gaze at the massive Bumblebee blocking the entire doorway, so terrified he couldn't even speak.

He instinctively prepared to retreat into the library, but as soon as he turned his head, he was stunned again; behind him, a pervert in a red spandex suit was fighting a giant Lizard-man, and the entire library had been reduced to a mess.

"It seems I've been listening to too much music lately and having hallucinations. I should have listened to the old woman and stopped wearing these headphones!"

The old librarian quickly regained his composure, shook his head from side to side, and then muttered in a leisurely manner as he walked toward the door, completely ignoring the massive frame of Bumblebee blocking the exit.

As expected, the old man walked straight into the leg armor of Bumblebee, which was forged from gold-titanium alloy.

"Old man, this isn't a hallucination. You'd better run!"

Li Si said, unable to bear watching, while signaling for Bumblebee to step aside.

Seeing the person in front of him moving his lips without any sound coming out, the old librarian blinked, then finally reacted and took off his large headphones.

"Boom! Crash! Rumble..."

A series of smashing sounds and the noise of collapsing walls flooded his ears.

The old librarian swallowed hard.

"Ah!!"

A piercing, full-throated scream erupted instantly. The old man's sudden burst of speed and agility was even greater than a rabbit's; he slipped through the gap Bumblebee had opened like a fish and bolted out.

"Li?"

The old librarian's scream also drew the attention of the two combatants. Lizard and Peter Parker stopped simultaneously, staring blankly at Li Si in the doorway and calling out in surprise.

Li Si signaled for Bumblebee to smash the wall with a punch, widening the hole to allow passage, and then walked into the library with Bumblebee.

"Doctor, stop this!"

Deliberately pretending not to hear Peter Parker's exclamation, Li Si looked at Lizard Curt Connors with a blank expression.

"Did you create this?"

Lizard looked at the giant mechanical robot standing beside Li Si, which was half a head taller than himself, a hint of wariness appearing in his eyes.

"I told you, my grades in mechanical engineering have always been quite good!"

Li Si shrugged and said, "Doctor, you should sober up. Perhaps I can help you sober up through physical means!"

"Li, even you want to stop me?"

Lizard was already prone to schizophrenia, and upon hearing Li Si's words, he fell into a rage. He roared and snarled, his face twisting as he lashed out at Li Si with a claw without hesitation.

Li Si stepped back, hiding behind Bumblebee. Lizard's claw raked across Bumblebee's leg armor, leaving only a faint white scratch.

"Alright, it seems we have to resort to physical persuasion!"

Li Si retreated behind the door, helpless, and ordered into his headset: "Bumblebee, initiate melee combat protocol. Target: the lizard monster in front of you!"

"Command received, melee combat protocol initiated!"

Bumblebee replied with a synthesized mechanical voice, executing the order without a moment's hesitation. He raised his right arm high and then brought it crashing down with overwhelming force.

Caught off guard, Lizard was sent flying by a single punch.

The wall collapsed, kicking up a sky full of dust.

Bumblebee's arms could output a full 10 tons of force, and with the vast amount of professional combat maneuvers Li Si had programmed into its close-quarters combat subroutines, the mechanical energy from its legs, waist, and other parts was perfectly channeled into its fist, resulting in a strike of at least 17 tons of force.

When the punch connected with Lizard, Li Si even heard the distinct sound of bones popping and shattering; the flying Lizard crashed through two more walls before finally coming to a stop.

"Ooh, that's gotta hurt!"

Peter Parker stared at Lizard, who was shrouded in a cloud of dust and debris, and instinctively quipped with a sarcastic tone before glancing at Bumblebee beside him and consciously retreating into a corner.
