The video began, as before, with Spider-Man, Peter Parker, swinging through the city and scaling walls. But halfway through, a figure wearing a beige leather jacket appeared in pursuit, using some sort of rope-launching device to chase Spider-Man.
The two swung effortlessly between skyscrapers at nearly the same speed, racing down who knew how many streets before finally stopping atop a church steeple.
By then, everyone had recognized the figure who had joined the chase midway through. It was none other than Lee Stein, standing onstage, and the device he used to launch ropes was unmistakably the so-called Vertical Maneuvering Equipment on the counter.
