Background / History

The Monster Race participated in the siege of the Natural Fire-Space Beast God alongside other great powers. It obtained most of the Beast God’s remains, while its early Universe Master, Master of Heart Nightmare, fell in the battle; his Golden-Silver Eyes disappeared afterward. The race searched for those eyes for countless eras. 59 158 193

The Monster Ancestor once attempted to take Sacred Mountain by nearly destroying Blood Beacon Continent, but was stopped by an ancestor of the Starry Sky Behemoth Alliance. Monster Race experts continued trying to refine the mountain afterward without success. 154

After Jiang Luo acquired Master of Heart Nightmare’s Golden Eye, the Monster Race sought both to reclaim the relic and assassinate him. The Gulun Kingdom Lord and Desolate God Venerable instead used Jiang Luo as bait in an unsuccessful trap for a Space-Time Nightmare Beast. 59 68

Jiang Luo’s rise as a Fire-Space Beast God Dao genius escalated the race’s concern. Lord Blood Zan and Sky Wolf Lord began investigating wielders of fire-space fusion laws and Beast God ultimate techniques, placing suspected identities—including Prison King—under surveillance. 142 154

Space-Time Nightmare Beasts

Space-Time Nightmare Beasts are one of the Monster Race’s royal clans. They are born with two heads: one bearing a golden pupil associated with space, and the other a silver pupil associated with time. 26

• Golden-Silver Eyes — When used alongside a law domain and innate secret techniques, can multiply domain power and potentially grant near-perfect regional control of space-time. 26

Nine-Meng Beasts

Nine-Meng Beasts are an imperial Monster Race clan. Their members possess immense divine-body foundations and high status within the race. 174

Major Operations

Recovery of the Heart-Nightmare Eyes

The Monster Race identified Jiang Luo’s treasure as Master of Heart Nightmare’s Golden Eye and treated its recovery as a major priority. Lord Blood Zan used the Heart-Nightmare Silver Eyes to investigate possible holders of the matching Golden Eyes. 59 161

Ji Lun King and Evil Eye King eventually led eight limit king-level immortals into a Heavenly Cauldron Golden Ship to capture Prison King. Jiang Luo’s nine Void Realm Clones defeated the force, killing the eight accompanying immortals and forcing Ji Lun King and Evil Eye King to self-destruct. Jiang Luo subsequently obtained the Heart-Nightmare Silver Eyes. 211 213

Sacred Mountain Scheme

Renxing Venerable believed Sacred Mountain had an unseen controller, likely the intelligent lifeform once accompanying the Natural Fire-Space Beast God. He assigned Evil Eye King’s avatar to enter the mountain with Qi God blood in hopes of drawing that controller out. 154

The Monster Race also suspected Prison King might be Jiang Luo because of his Blood Beacon Stone, unusual movement methods, and possible use of fire-space fusion laws. Lord Blood Zan nevertheless ranked him only thirty-ninth among possible identities. 154

Three-Race Coalition

The Monster Race joined the Insect Race and Machine Race in a coordinated effort to capture or kill Prison King. Lord Liyan recruited Blood Whale King with the promise of True Radiance Armor, while the allied camps assembled special life-form immortals and king-level forces. 207 216

Ji Lun King proposed moving the decisive confrontation toward the Chihuan Ruins, where the Monster Race intended to exploit the Heavenly Calamity Abyss. The coalition ultimately trapped the human camp there, but Jiang Luo resisted their combined assault and retreated deeper into the abyss. 217 220
