"Damn monsters!"
"Can't trust them at all!"
Just as the War God Palace descended into chaos and everyone's worldview was teetering from the absurd scene, a low hum suddenly came from the underground space on the screen.
Several soft tractor beams descended from the ceiling.
Moments later, three sleek, futuristic spacecraft silently landed beside the platform where Capybara stood.
The ships were dark silver from bow to stern, energy patterns flowing across their surfaces. Their style was completely unlike anything in Earth's technology.
They clearly belonged to a more advanced alien civilization.
Babata had controlled robots to collect and repair these small combat and reconnaissance ships from alien ruins across Earth—ruins that humans had either never discovered or couldn't open—and transport them here remotely.
"Oh? The delivery's here."
Capybara lazily raised his head and glanced at the three ships, as if he'd expected them.
He stretched contentedly, climbed off the cushion, and said to Janet, who still looked a little dazed,
"All right, massage break. Business comes first.
"Remember to bring Zhao Ruo next time. You can come together."
Janet: "..."
She looked at the ships that so obviously had nothing to do with Earth, then at the capybara before her, whose behavior was utterly unpredictable.
The shock she felt was beyond words.
Just how deep did the waters run behind this monster... no, this Mr. Ye Xiu?
Capybara didn't waste any more time. At a thought, the armor components he'd removed flew back and reassembled over his body.
He strode toward the largest ship and gave orders to Hong and Thunder God, who stood respectfully nearby.
"Hong, Thunder God, get on board. We're leaving."
"Yes, Master," Hong replied steadily. His expression calm, he headed for another ship.
"Haha! Time to get moving at last! Master, watch me fry that little snake into a skewer!"
Thunder God rubbed his hands together. Excitement gleamed on his bald head beneath the ships' lights as he strode toward the third vessel.
The three ships' hatches slid open without a sound. Once the three had boarded, they quickly shut again.
The engines rumbled to life, and the three dark silver ships slowly rose into the air.
They deftly changed direction inside the underground space and sped toward the exit passage above.
They moved so fast that only faint afterimages remained behind.
The image on the War God Palace screen changed as well, shifting to a view from outside the Meteor Starship.
The three alien-looking craft streaked through the clouds above Mist Island like silver bolts of lightning.
Without stopping, they shot straight toward the vast Pacific Ocean!
The hearts of all the human powerhouses watching were gripped tight once more!
"Those ships... alien technology?!"
"They really went! Their target is... the Thunder Dragon Emperor!"
In the depths of the Mariana Trench in the Pacific Ocean, darkness and cold reigned year-round. This was the deepest place in Earth's oceans.
Here dwelled the undisputed ruler of the seas—the Thunder Dragon Emperor.
Its enormous body, thousands of meters long, lay coiled like a winding mountain range on the high-pressure seafloor.
Dark teal scales covered its entire body. Each one was harder than steel, marked with naturally formed patterns of lightning.
With every breath, tiny arcs of electricity danced through the water. Sea creatures within hundreds of miles instinctively avoided this deadly region.
As a Planetary Level Peak beast emperor who had even touched upon a higher realm, it was extraordinarily sensitive to energy.
When three alien spacecraft carrying special engines and weapons sped into the skies above the Pacific, they did their best to conceal themselves.
But the energy fluctuations and magnetic fields, so out of place in Earth's environment, immediately set off the Thunder Dragon Emperor's keen senses.
"Bzzzz—!"
A wave of spiritual energy, full of anger and warning, spread from the depths like a tsunami!
Countless sea monsters began to stir!
Yet instead of retreating, the three ships quickly dispersed upon reaching the designated area and hovered in a triangular formation.
"Lock onto the target area and deploy the Deep Water Magnetic Storm Generators."
Inside the main ship, Capybara issued the order calmly.
"Yes!"
Babata's reply came through.
The next second, the bottoms of all three ships opened at once.
Several oddly shaped silver devices, like deep-sea torpedoes, were launched and plunged into the raging waves!
The devices sank at incredible speed, disregarding the immense water pressure as they headed straight for the depths of the trench where the Thunder Dragon Emperor lay.
"Roar—!"
The Thunder Dragon Emperor was completely enraged!
These tiny "bugs" had not only invaded its territory, but dared to attack it?!
Just as it was about to summon the boundless seawater and terrifying lightning to crush both the devices and the "flies" in the sky,
the Deep Water Magnetic Storm Generators reached their target depth almost simultaneously and activated!
There was no violent explosion, only a strange, powerful, highly targeted field of ultra-high-frequency magnetic energy.
Like an invisible net, it suddenly burst forth in the depths, precisely enveloping the area where the Thunder Dragon Emperor lay!
"Bzzzt—!!!"
The natural lightning patterns across the Thunder Dragon Emperor's body immediately went haywire!
Its ability to control lightning and unleash powerful attacks and defenses was being disrupted and suppressed like never before!
The magnetic storm field countered lightning-attribute life-forms like it far more effectively than it harmed ordinary creatures!
Worse still, the magnetic field kept stimulating its senses and nervous system.
It grew restless and irritable, as if countless needles were jabbing at its soul!
"Roar—!!!"
A pained, furious dragon's cry erupted from the deepest part of the trench like an undersea volcano.
The waters throughout the Mariana Trench began to boil violently!
Then, as countless satellites, reconnaissance aircraft, and human powerhouses watching remotely through the War God Palace system held their breath,
an impossibly vast shadow churned the boundless waters and surged up from the pitch-black trench with earth-shaking force.
The sea was forcibly parted, forming gigantic waves hundreds of meters high!
Sunlight pierced the water and glinted off its dark teal scales with a cold, metallic sheen. Its mountain-range-sized body churned the wind and clouds.
A monstrous dragon's head bristling with bone spines broke the surface. Its lantern-sized, crimson eyes burned with rage enough to destroy everything!
The Thunder Dragon Emperor had been forced out!
And just as it burst from the sea and roared toward the heavens,
ready to unleash the thunderous fury it had built up and obliterate the three accursed "flies" in the sky,
the main ship's hatch abruptly opened!
A round figure clad in Cosmic Armor shot out without hesitation, like an arrow loosed from its bow!
It wasn't using the ship's thrusters. It relied on its own formidable physical strength, aided by the Cosmic Armor.
It traced an almost perfectly straight path through the air, hurtling straight toward the Thunder Dragon Emperor's maw, which could swallow a mountain, and the raging blue sea of lightning surrounding it!
"Oh my God! He charged straight at it!"
"He's not attacking with the ships?"
"What's he trying to do? Fight it up close?!"
