Kakashi narrowed his eyes slightly, though his expression remained calm. He crouched lightly, neatly dodging the kick aimed at his head. Then, in an instant, he spun around and drove a fist into his opponent's jaw.

The Naruto Uzumaki above him turned into a puff of white smoke and vanished. At least twenty more Naruto Uzumakis appeared in Kakashi's field of vision, shouting as they charged toward him.
"Multi Shadow Clone? Naruto actually knows that technique?"
His eyes widened slightly on instinct. For the first time, Kakashi showed a hint of surprise, while dozens of Naruto Uzumakis had already closed in around him.
But Kakashi's surprise was by no means concern. As things stood, Naruto did not have even a one-in-ten-thousand chance of defeating him head-on.
Sure enough, Kakashi began to move. He weaved through the dozens of Naruto Uzumakis like a swimming dragon; with every punch and kick, an shadow clone turned into white smoke and disappeared.
"So amazing... Is this Naruto's strength?" Sakura watched the scene in shock and murmured.
Sasuke's gaze shifted from side to side, his face growing serious. Multi Shadow Clone... I heard it's a ninjutsu one level above the Shadow Clone Technique. Is this the other high-level ninjutsu he mentioned yesterday? Damn it!
His fists clenched unconsciously as intense frustration and anger surged through him. He had always been proud; being suppressed time and again at the academy had been one thing, but only after truly fighting someone did he realize that Naruto had already left him far behind. The increase in combat power brought by two A-rank ninjutsu had already surpassed the level of a Genin. What was more, Naruto did not seem like the type who relied solely on ninjutsu—his fundamentals were also solid.
