"Hmph!" Danzo snorted disdainfully, paying no heed to such threats. If words alone could kill him, he would have died countless times over by now.
Mei Terumi lounged lazily in her seat and stifled a yawn. Even with the tense atmosphere, she found it boring. It did not seem like they would come to blows directly; whatever else Danzo was, he still bore the title of Hokage and represented all of Konoha at this moment.
Konan stood behind him, calmly looking toward the door. A paper butterfly flew in and landed on her fingertip.
