Shin smiled and gave a slight bow. "What difference does it make whether I'm special or not? The final result will be the same anyway, won't it?"
"Interesting." Abandoned Heaven Emperor spoke calmly, then turned his gaze elsewhere with his hands clasped behind his back.
A beam of light rose from the ground, and Yamata no Orochi reappeared, the injuries on his body already completely healed.
Saitama let out a cry of surprise. "He's completely unhurt? That's amazing!"
Fury surfaced in Yamata no Orochi's eyes as he roared, "Damn bastards! Since you're all so eager to die, I'll grant your wish. Welcome the wrath of the Orochi Clan!"
Without further hesitation, all his power erupted from his heart, connecting to a strange force from another realm.
Light shot into the sky as the power of that other realm was channeled into the Myriad Worlds Continent, forming a bizarre domain around him.
"This is?" Shin's expression changed as he sensed something. "Earth's aura... this guy..."
In that instant, Yamata no Orochi had used his own power to connect with the Earth of the King of Fighters world itself, transforming the domain around him.
As a native "god" of Earth, Yamata no Orochi's power benefited from the terrain. On Earth, his strength could be amplified through the planet itself, making him invincible in a sense.
It didn't matter that the Myriad Worlds Continent was not his territory—he could simply transform it. Though he was physically in the Myriad Worlds now, he could theoretically still draw upon Earth's geographic advantage. He had returned to peak condition.
"Oh~ What a strange fellow. Has he undergone another transformation I can't understand? It really is troublesome without a scanner."
