"You killed him?" Horror filled the slave's voice, and he instinctively touched his neck. The collar marking him as a slave had not activated.
Shin looked at him calmly. "Yeah. Don't worry, that thing has failed now—the moment I stepped into Mary Geoise. Now tell me where the Five Elders are."
The slave hesitated. He lowered his head to glance at the dead Celestial Dragon, hatred appearing on his face. Yet he said nothing and did not tell Shin where the Five Elders were.
Faced with this, Shin shrugged. "Forget it. Looks like you've been scared out of your wits. Judging by your appearance, you were a pirate before this, right? There's a saying in my hometown: Heaven helps those who help themselves."
Watching Shin's retreating back, the slave suddenly shuddered. Then he tore off the collar around his neck and shouted, "I'll tell you! The tallest building in the center—that's the World Government's administrative district. You can find the Five Elders there."
