Though they called themselves siblings, the two did not look alike at all.
Compared to Alice's porcelain-doll features, the blonde girl who called herself "Julia" exuded an air of maturity that made people instinctively overlook her age.
After that, everyone made small talk until six in the evening, when it was time for dinner.
Only then did it become clear that Alice was actually quite the chatterbox.
"Julia, what did you come here for? How awful, getting caught in an avalanche and trapped here when you're so young. What do you do? Are you a student? But it isn't school break right now, is it?"

"I'm self-employed, so my work is relatively easy. More or less... I just wander around like this. And I'm not that young. I'm fifteen this year."
"Self-employed? That sounds so easy. You're still so young—I'm so jealous. Unlike my parents, who force me every day to take over the family business. I can barely catch my breath, so the only thing I can do is run off to climb mountains."
"Oh? So Miss Alice is a young lady from a wealthy family?" Julia deliberately changed the subject.
"Hehehe, nothing like that. They're just small-time merchants."
Julia smiled and said nothing more. After a few more idle remarks, the inquisitive girl finally turned her attention to Yusaku Kudo and Yukiko Kudo, beginning to ask them all sorts of questions.
As for Yukiko Kudo, Alice could get plenty of information from her. But most of it was the famous star's cheerful banter and topics between women. The two quickly hit it off.
As for Yusaku Kudo... trying to pry information out of him was undoubtedly a nightmare-level challenge.
Though he wore a polite smile, he gave nothing away.
